REGISTRATION:
A legal ID is required.
At least one occupant must be 21 or older.
PAYMENT:
Rooms are pre-paid at the time of check-in.
Credit cards do not require a security deposit.
Debit cards require an additional $100 security deposit.
Cash payments require an additional $250 security deposit.
FLIGHT DELAYS:
Guests that cannot arrive for their first night due to airline delays (weather or mechanical), will not be charged for that night IF we are notified right away (subject to verification).
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations fees for each room are 30% of reservation or 1 night, whichever is greater.
A single room may be cancelled 3 or more days prior to scheduled arrival without a fee.
Group rooms may be cancelled 10 or more days prior to scheduled arrival without a fee.
RESERVATION CHANGES:
Any fees for changes will be determined by "Flight Delays" and "Cancellation" policies.
NO-CALL / NO-SHOW:
Rooms are held vacant, and guests charged, for the first night of any reservation.
Multi-night reservations will be cancelled at 11 AM the next day and be charged a cancellation fee for all remaining nights.
HOUSEKEEPING:
We will attempt to clean rooms Monday - Saturday unless a privacy sign is present. | OFFICE HOURS:
Monday - Friday: 7 AM - 9 PM.
Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays: 8 AM - 8 PM.
Our front door is locked after office hours and requires a room key to enter.
Note: Anyone needing to register after closing must make prior arrangements.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in: Any time after 3 PM.
Check-Out: 11 AM.
Late check-out, up to 4 PM, may be available for $55 + tax (subject to availability).
Check-out after 4 PM will be charged an additional night.
OCCUPANCY:
Nightly room rates are based on up to 2 people. Additional occupants may be accommodated for $30 per person. Any visitors after 10 PM may be considered occupants.
BAGGAGE:
There is limited space to store baggage prior to check-in or after check-out.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are between 8 PM and 8 AM.
SMOKING:
We are a smoke free facility. Any item that produces smoke (incense, candles, vapor pipes, etc.) may not be used within our facility. Any evidence of smoking within our facility will incur a $250 charge and guests may be asked to leave without a refund.
PETS:
Pets are not allowed in guest rooms.
